Jason Heflin has extensive experience in design within the civil and environmental engineering sector. Currently serving as a Senior Designer at Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. since December 2017, Jason previously worked as a Designer at The Thrasher Group from July 1994 to December 2017. Jason's educational background includes studies at West Virginia University at Parkersburg from 1990 to 1993 and graduation from Doddridge County High School in 1990.
