Selvakumar Thangarasu is an experienced professional in the tire industry with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as General Manager-Technical at CEAT Limited since April 2018, Selvakumar has held significant positions at notable companies such as Linglong Tire as Head of Technology and Quality Department from October 2014 to December 2017, and The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, where roles included Head of Quality & Technology and Technical Manager in Malaysia. Earlier experience includes managerial positions at Apollo Tyres Ltd and JK Fenner (India) Ltd. Selvakumar holds a B.Tech degree in Rubber Technology from Anna University Chennai, completed in 1993.
