Ashish Rai is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and maintenance within the tire manufacturing industry. Currently serving as Senior Manager COE (EEI Head) at CEAT Limited since October 2017, Ashish oversees TBR and automation projects, previously managing the 150 MT brownfield two-wheeler project in Nagpur. Prior roles at CEAT included EEI Manager for the TBR Project and EEI Project Manager, focusing on strategic planning and execution. Ashish began professional career at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company as a Maintenance Specialist and initially joined CEAT as a Graduate Engineer Trainee, advancing to Assistant Manager for a successful 135 MT Green Field Project. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Punjab Technical University and ongoing Master of Business Administration in Data Analytics from Manipal Institute of Management.
