Eric Hawkes has over 20 years of experience in cost estimating and analysis, with a focus on bridging engineering and economics. Eric has worked as a CEO at CE Solutions Inc. since 2019, where they provide expertise for Program Offices inside PEO Missiles and Space. Prior to this, they worked as a senior cost analyst at the Independent Consultant (2018-2019), Qualis Corporation (2016-2018), BCF Solutions (2013-2016), Quantum Research International (2011-2013), MCR Federal (2010-2011), and Booz Allen Hamilton (2007-2010). Before their civilian career, Eric worked as an Air Force officer at the Air Force Cost Analysis Agency (AFCAA) at the Pentagon (2000-2007), where they led Global Hawk $3.1B development cost estimate after Nunn-McCurdy breach.
Eric Hawkes holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kentucky, which they earned from 1995 to 2000. Eric later pursued a Master of Science degree in Operations Research from the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology, which they completed from 2003 to 2005. Additionally, they obtained a Master's of Art in Theology with a focus on Sacred Scripture from CDU from 2009 to 2013. Hawkes also has certifications in Microsoft Excel - Macros and VBA from GoSkills.com, which they obtained in March 2020, and in Certified Cost Estimator and Analyst (CCE/A) from the International Cost Estimating and Analysis Association, acquired in March 2018.
