Brian Crowell is a seasoned Sr Project Manager with experience in land development, drainage, utilities, streets, grading, detention, tree preservation, platting, bidding, permitting, and construction administration. With a background in civil engineering, Brian has worked on various projects in both the private and public sectors, including industrial development, public works projects, and rural water system design during their time with the Peace Corps. Brian holds a MS in Community and Regional Planning from The University of Texas at Austin and a BS in Civil Engineering from San Diego State University.
