Piotr Leśniak has worked in a variety of roles since 2013. Piotr began their career as a Steward at M&T Group S.C. in 2013. Piotr then worked as a Shop Assistant at Manufaktura S.C. Aneta Jewuła, Magdalena Kostur in 2016. From 2015-2018, they held an Internship Student role at the Institute of Plant Physiology of Polish Academy of Sciences and the University of Bath. In 2019, they started working at Polpharma Biologics as a Downstream Process Development Junior Specialist and then a Downstream Process Development Specialist. Piotr is currently employed at CDR-Life Inc. as a Drug Substance Scientist since 2022.

Piotr Leśniak holds a Master's degree in Molecular Biotechnology from Jagiellonian University, which they obtained between 2016 and 2018. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from the same university, which they obtained between 2013 and 2016.
