Sonsoles Morales is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in executive coaching and leadership development. Currently serving as a Partner at Pawlik Consultants International and a Certified Professional Coach at Hogan Assessments, Sonsoles has also held roles as an Executive Coach at IE Business School and CDR Assessment Group since 2016. With certifications from Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching and recognized as part of the largest executive coach network in the world, Sonsoles brings a wealth of knowledge in leadership character assessment. Additionally, experiences include positions in sales and business development within the hospitality industry, complemented by a strong educational background featuring an MBA from City University of New York-Baruch College and a BA/MA in Political Science from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
