Owen Moss is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving as the Director of Healthcare Delivery at CDPHP since October 2013. In this role, Owen assists the leadership team with policy and regulatory matters while driving strategic development for the organization. Previously, Owen worked as a Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton from August 2011 to August 2013. Owen holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) from the Yale School of Public Health, earned between 2021 and 2023, and a degree in Political Economy from Williams College, completed in 2011.
