Allison Reinhardt, MS, CWP, CHC, CWPC, serves as the Manager of Workplace Health Services at CDPHP since March 2019, overseeing worksite engagement initiatives. Previously, Allison held the role of Regional Wellness Director for Capital District YMCA from November 2006 to March 2019, where responsibilities included leading staff in implementing health-focused programs and enhancing community outreach. Earlier experience includes supervisory roles at NCO Financial Systems, Inc., focusing on eligibility program services, and a sales management position at American Eagle Outfitters that substantially increased revenue. Academically, Allison possesses a Master of Science in Health and Wellness Management from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Development & Leadership from Saint Joseph's University, alongside an Associate's Degree in Humanities from SUNY SCCC.
