Matilda Nordling has a diverse work experience in the fashion industry. Matilda is currently working as a Designer at CDLP since October 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Our Legacy from June 2016 to November 2021, initially as a Objects Designer and later as a Concept Designer for womenswear. Before that, they were a Design Consultant at & Other Stories from February 2015 to June 2016. Matilda also gained experience as an Accessories Designer at Acne Studios AB from January 2014 to June 2015. Matilda started their career as an Assistant Leather Goods Designer at LANVIN in April 2013 and later worked as a Studio Assistant at Acne Studios AB from February 2013 to March 2013.

Matilda Nordling began their education in 2007 at École nationale supérieure des Beaux-Arts, where they pursued a course in life drawing until 2008. In 2009, they attended Tillskärarakademin, focusing on sewing and pattern making for a year. Matilda then enrolled in Studio Bercot from 2010 to 2013, earning a Bac +2 degree in fashion design. Additionally, in 2011, Matilda took a course in embroidery at Ecole Lesage, but the end year is not specified.
