Molly Gibson has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Molly started their career as a Public Relations Intern at Creative Center of America in May 2014. Following that, they joined Sain Store Inc in December 2014 as the Director of Customer Service. During their time there, they played a significant role in improving the CSAT score and overseeing customer concerns. Molly also created content for various digital platforms and generated in-house photography and video. Molly then transitioned to CDLLife.com in October 2018 as a Digital Media Strategist, before being promoted to Senior Digital Media Strategist in September 2019. In June 2022, they became the Vice President of Sales Operations, and later on, in March 2023, they took on the role of Vice President of Corporate Relations.
Molly Gibson has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, which they obtained from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, they attended Donnelly College from 2011 to 2013, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree. Molly has also obtained several certifications, including the Business Analytics Accelerator and Data Storytelling, from Learning @ Morning Brew in March 2023 and February 2023, respectively. In August 2022, they completed the Leadership Accelerator program at Learning @ Morning Brew and became a speaker at the Turning Point • CDLLife Summit 2022, organized by CDLLife.com.
