Tommy Chabot began their work experience in 2018 as a Marketing and Sales Technician at Plate 2000, where they worked until 2021. From 2021 to 2022, they worked as a Conseiller en produits at Lévis Toyota. Currently, Chabot is employed at Les Équipements d'érablière CDL inc./CDL Sugaring Equipment inc. as a Coordonnateur Marketing, starting in March 2022.

Tommy Chabot began their education in 2016 at Cégep Garneau, where they pursued a degree in Business Management. Tommy attended Cégep Garneau for three years, from 2016 to 2019. Following their time at Cégep Garneau, Chabot enrolled at Université du Québec à Rimouski in 2019, where they are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in administration. Chabot's education journey includes their studies at Cégep Garneau for Business Management and their ongoing studies at Université du Québec à Rimouski for a Bachelor's degree in administration.
