Helen Roberts serves as the Head of Human Resources for both CDER Group and JBW Group, demonstrating extensive expertise in the compliance and enforcement services sector since joining JBW Group in August 2011. Following the merger of JBW Group, Phoenix Commercial Collections, and Collect Services in August 2020 to form CDER Group, Helen has continued to lead HR initiatives that support the mission of delivering ‘Fairness in Operation’ across the industry. Helen holds a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources Development from Northumbria University.
