Jennifer Manguiat has a strong background in human resources, with over 20 years of experience. Jennifer began their career in 1998 as a Human Resources Generalist at Hills Communities, where they worked for almost a decade. In 2007, they joined Construction Software Technologies/iSqFt as a Human Resources Generalist, a role they held for six years. In 2013, they transitioned to the role of HR Manager at iSqFt, a ConstructConnect company, where they spent four years before becoming the Director of People & Culture (HR) at ConstructConnect in 2017.

Jennifer Manguiat has a Master's in Human Resources (MHR) from the University of Cincinnati. Jennifer also holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and Business Management from Franklin University. Additionally, they attended Columbus State Community College for an unspecified period of time, and they completed their high school education at St. Francis DeSales High School. Jennifer also has a certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from HRCI.
