Vince Aguon, MPA, currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors for NASTAD and has been with the Guam Department of Public Health and Social Services since September 2009, holding various roles including Communicable Disease Control Coordinator II and Acting Program Supervisor. In addition, Vince leads the COVID-19 Travel Branch and has played significant roles in COVID-19 investigations and contact tracing. As Co-Chairperson of the Guam HIV Planning Group and a member of the Quality Improvement Council, Vince contributes to public health initiatives in Guam. Vince holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration from the University of Guam and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Field Epidemiology from Fiji National University, alongside a Bachelor's Degree in Biology.
