Rebecca Levine

Senior Research Scientist at CDC

Rebecca "Bex" Levine is a Senior Research Scientist at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and a Commander in the Commissioned Corps of the U.S. Public Health Service, positions held since July 2014. Prior to these roles, Levine served as a Research Fellow at the CDC and worked as a Science Educator for the DeKalb County School District. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Population Biology, Ecology, and Evolution from Emory University, a Master of Public Health (MPH) in International Health and Infectious Diseases from Emory University, and an AB in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from Princeton University.
