Kathleen Perry, MPH, is a seasoned public health professional currently serving as a Disease Investigation Specialist at the CDC Foundation since August 2020. Prior experience includes leadership as a Public Health Analyst-Team Lead at Caduceus Healthcare Inc. and operations management at Bay Area Sailing Charters. Kathleen has held various roles in research and public health, including Applied Data Fellow at Simpatica Medicine, Program Director at Olive Tree Yoga Foundation, Senior Research Associate at Exact Sciences, Research Scientist at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and Virologist at the Wisconsin State Laboratory of Hygiene. Kathleen began a career in research as a Research Assistant at Oregon State University. Academic credentials include a Master of Public Health from the University of San Francisco and a degree in Molecular Biology from Oregon State University, with additional education from Escuela Nacional de Salud Publica in Cuba.
