Since May 2010, Patrick has been the founder of Delville Management, a premium management transition firm operating in key cities including Paris and London, specializing in high-stakes transformations such as mergers and acquisitions and crisis management. In addition, Patrick has been a member of CroissancePlus since May 2016, contributing to a network of growth entrepreneurs that engages with public authorities. Prior to these roles, Patrick founded Delville Executive, focusing on headhunting for top and middle managers, and served as Head of Business Development at Investance.
