Michael Koenig, CPA, MBA, has an extensive background in finance and accounting, currently serving as Vice President and Corporate Controller at C&D Trojan since February 2020. Prior experience includes the role of CFO at Integrated Security & Communications, overseeing finance, accounting, M&A, and related functions from November 2015 to July 2019, and Director of Finance/Treasurer at Alpla, managing critical financial operations from March 2009 to November 2015. Past positions also comprise Manager of Financial Services at Rayonier and Director of Finance at Centro, Inc., along with a foundational role as General Accounting Supervisor at Arthur Andersen. Michael holds multiple degrees, including a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the University of Michigan and an MBA in Finance from the University of Iowa.
