Thomas Punshon is a skilled commercial manager with extensive experience in quantity surveying and construction law. Currently serving as Commercial Manager at CD Engineering Services Limited since September 2022, Thomas previously held the same title at Mace from October 2020 to September 2022. Prior to that, Thomas worked as a Quantity Surveyor at Imtech and Laing O'Rourke, contributing to significant projects such as the £28 million YSPB Bespoke PFI involving the construction of seven new build schools and the £25 million YSPB Facilities Management Contract. Thomas's career began in MEP quantity surveying roles at Crown House Technologies, progressing from Trainee Quantity Surveyor to Assistant Quantity Surveyor. Additionally, Thomas has legal experience from a brief stint as a Legal Assistant at Eversheds. Academically, Thomas holds a Master of Science in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution from King's College London and a Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying from Leeds Beckett University.
