Deandra joined CCV fresh out of college. At the firm, she handles deal sourcing, due diligence and project management. Deandra is also the key point of contact between portfolio companies and Bank Central Asia for any and all synergistic partnerships.

Before coming onboard, she went through an internship with another one of Indonesia's largest bank-backed venture capital firms. Deandra is inspired by startups that have a big impact on society. She admires inspirational founders and the journey they go through to put Indonesia in a better position. Along with them, Deandra strives to maximize Indonesia's potential.

Deandra has a Bachelor of Business Administration, specializing in Innovation and Economics from Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University.
