Subha Unnikrishnan has extensive experience in technical recruitment and human resources, currently serving as a Corporate Technical Recruiter at CCS Global Tech since July 2011. Responsibilities include managing the full recruitment life cycle for various internal divisions, encompassing screening, interviewing, salary and benefits negotiation, onboarding, and training. Prior experience includes serving as an HR Executive focused on recruitment and employee relations at Computer Sciences Corporation from 2006 to 2009, as well as working as an IT Recruiter at Monster from September 2005 to August 2006, where tasks involved sourcing, qualifying, and hiring both technical and non-technical personnel. Subha holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and an MBA in the same field from Osmania University.
