Since joining CCS in 2017, Sarah has partnered with nonprofits to accelerate fundraising activity and help advance their missions. Sarah has directed several feasibility studies and managed campaigns with goals ranging from $20 million to $125 million. In her role, Sarah has counseled organizations on a wide array of development activities including annual fundraising initiatives, prospect research, board governance and recruitment, principal and major gifts strategy, development operations, and portfolio management across a variety of sectors including social services, education, and independent schools.
Prior to joining CCS, Sarah worked as a consultant for One World, an education non-profit organization dedicated to reinforcing the tenets of tolerance, acceptance, and civic participation for students in more than 60 countries. Sarah began her career as a Teach for America Corps Member in Bronx, NY, where she collaborated with school leadership and partnered with third-party nonprofit organizations to establish innovative ways of cultivating leadership, excellence, and passion for her students.
Sarah received her B.A. in Government and Anthropology from Franklin and Marshall College, her M.A.T. from Relay Graduate School of Education, and is currently an M.B.A. candidate at NYU Stern School of Business. Sarah resides in New York City where she enjoys volunteering, attending Broadway and local theater productions, skiing, running, and crossword puzzles.
