Kenny Moniz has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Kenny started their career in 2012 as an hourly employee at Five Hole Sports, where they sharpened hockey skates and assisted hockey players with equipment fitting. In 2014, Kenny became the Vice President of the Charlotte 49ers Ice Hockey Club, where they were responsible for scheduling, managing finances, hiring coaches, and other administrative tasks.
In 2016, Kenny took on multiple roles simultaneously. Kenny worked as a Senior Recruiter at CCS Construction Staffing, overseeing recruitment activities in Florida. At the same time, they also worked as a Recruit Analyzer for Niner Report, interviewing and writing articles about potential UNC Charlotte football and basketball recruits.
Kenny's passion for hockey led him to work as an On-Ice Hockey Official for USA Hockey, where they officiated various amateur, adult, and college hockey games in the Charlotte area. Additionally, they served on selected occasions, such as the 2016 National Championship game.
More recently, Kenny progressed within CCS Construction Staffing, starting as a Recruiting Manager in 2019 and eventually transitioning to the role of Director of Recruiting in 2022. In these positions, they contributed to the company's goal of providing skilled manpower to clients by managing a recruiting team in Florida.
