Michel Rivero has extensive experience in the creative field. Michel began their career as an Art Director at Avon Cosmetics SA in 2000 and worked there until 2003. From 2003 to 2006, they were an Art Director at NGM Advertising. In 2006, they joined Mgs Communications Inc as a Sr. Art Director and went on to become an Associated Creative Director in 2011. Michel then served as a Creative Director from 2013 to 2014. Rivero continued their Creative Director role at Commonground/MGS from 2014 to 2015 and currently holds the same position at CCOM Group, starting in 2016.

Michel Rivero obtained a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts from the University of Havana, where they studied from 1989 to 1993.
