Manuel E. Machado is a prominent figure in the advertising industry, currently serving as Co-Chairman of C-Com Group, Inc. since February 2015, where efforts have positioned the firm as one of the top multicultural agencies in the United States. Previously, Machado co-founded and held the position of CEO at MGSCOMM from March 2003 to 2014, leading the agency to rank among the top five independently owned ad agencies in the "2014 Advertising Age Top 50." Machado’s extensive experience also includes roles as President/CEO at BVK/Meka Group, Vice President at Burson-Marsteller, Director of Special Projects at Univision, and Commercial Producer at Sábado Gigante.
