Shannon Wichlacz, PhD, serves as a Senior Evaluation Associate at CCNY, Inc., where collaborative evaluation plans and Logic Models enhance program quality improvement. An Adjunct Faculty Instructor at the University at Buffalo since December 2012, Shannon teaches graduate courses focused on statistical research. Previous roles include Research Assistant Professor at the Primary Care Research Institute, Director of Evaluation for the New York State Area Health Education Center System, and Director of Evaluation for the New York State Smokers' Quitline at Roswell Park Cancer Institute. Educational credentials include a PhD in Educational Psychology, an MA in Humanities, an EdM in English Education, and a Bachelor's degree in English, all obtained from the University at Buffalo.
