James Bass is an Information Technology Technician currently working at Cobb County-Marietta Water Authority. James has experience managing Help Desk operations, migrating the company to a hybrid IT environment, and overseeing software/hardware purchases and deployments. James has previously worked as a PC Technician at the City of Marietta and Cogent Technology Resource, where James assisted with upgrading hardware for a new EHR system.
