Crystal Kiser has over two decades of experience in the social work and customer service fields. Since June 2001, Crystal Kiser has served as a Patient Advocate and Licensed Social Worker at CCMH, where responsibilities include handling patient complaints, resolving issues, and connecting patients to necessary services. Prior to this role, Crystal Kiser worked in Children Services at Stark County DJFS, focusing on investigations of child abuse and neglect from May 2000 to May 2001. Earlier experience includes a position as a cashier at Kohl's Department Stores from January 1999 to May 2000. Crystal Kiser holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Malone College, obtained in 2000, and a College Prep Diploma from Coshocton High School, earned in 1996.
