Dr. Kesava Naidu is an accomplished professional in the field of research and development, currently serving as Sr. General Manager-R&D at CCL Products (India) Limited since May 2019, where leadership in product innovation and strategic road mapping has been vital to organizational growth in the food and beverage sector. Previously, Dr. Naidu held several key roles within CCL, including General Manager-R&D and Manager-R&D, where contributions to new product development and market penetration strategies led to successful product launches. With earlier experience as Deputy Manager and Assistant Manager at Venus Medicine Research Centre, focusing on antibiotic and anti-cancer research, as well as roles at ZOETIC Healthcare Private Limited and the SBIRI Project, Dr. Naidu possesses a robust background in microbiology, supported by a Master's degree and a PhD from Gulbarga University.
