Daniel Santos is currently the Regional Director of Operations at CCL Hospitality Group. Prior to this, Daniel held high-level positions at Kitchen United, Z'Tejas Southwestern Grill, Custom Food Service, Nourish Cafe, and Freschef. Daniel has extensive experience in operational excellence, employee management, menu planning, and maintaining health and safety standards in the food industry. Daniel holds an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts and Related Services from the Art Institute of Phoenix.
