Karol Ślęzak is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and management. Currently serving as Chief Operations Officer and Director of Operations at CCIG since October 2016, Karol has also been the CEO of Call Center Dynamic Sales (CCDS) since August 2010. Previous roles at CCIG from 2007 to 2010 include Branch Director, Operations Manager, and Team Manager. Karol started the career as a Customer's Advisor at Telekomunikacja Polska S.A. and Telefonia Dialog between 2003 and 2007. Karol holds a Magister (Mgr) degree from Politechnika Częstochowska, earned between 2000 and 2005.
