Dorota Witkowska is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in account management and quality assurance. Currently serving as Key Account Director for International Accounts at CCIG Group since January 2023, Dorota has a long tenure with CCIG that began in March 2008 as Key Account Manager for International Accounts. Throughout the years, Dorota has demonstrated expertise in client needs assessment, commercial proposal preparation, and service implementation across various industries. Previous roles include leadership positions in Backoffice and Quality Assurance, where restructuring initiatives and technology roll-out for customer service were successfully executed. Dorota holds a Magister degree in Public Relations from the University of Wroclaw, enhancing expertise in communication and client relations.
