Hanzela Janjuha is a seasoned professional in organization development and human resources, currently serving as Senior Manager of Organization Development & Business Partnering at CCI Global since June 2018. Hanzela has held multiple roles there, including Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Senior Employee Relations Specialist, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of human capital management. Prior to this, Hanzela gained experience as an HR Intern at the KZN Department of Education and worked part-time as a promoter for 9 Yards Marketing & Promotions. Hanzela's educational background includes an Honours degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in the same field, both obtained from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
