Craig Dickson has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over 20 years. Craig began their career at Charteris & Barnes, where they served as a Business Consultant and completed their articles as required by the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants. In later years, they were mainly involved in large consulting projects.

Dickson then worked at various companies in different industries, including NHS Professionals, the Rugby Football Union, STA Travel, and Cable & Wireless Communications, where they held positions such as Finance Manager and Global Projects Management Accountant. Craig also worked at Legal & General as a Financial Controller for the Project Reed.

In 2009, Dickson joined NYSE Euronext as the Global Commercial IT & UK Projects Financial Controller. Craig played a crucial role in managing the financial operations of the technology division of the world's largest stock exchange.

After their tenure at NYSE Euronext, Dickson served as the Finance & Commercial Manager at Serco, a BPO operations company in South Africa. Craig was part of the senior leadership team responsible for overseeing the company's financial function until the company was sold to Webhelp.

Dickson then joined Webhelp SA as a Senior Finance Business Partner before moving on to their most recent position as the Head of Finance at CCI South Africa. In this role, they managed the end-to-end finance function for Africa's largest BPO provider, consisting of 14 legal entities.

Overall, Craig Dickson has demonstrated a strong financial background and extensive experience in managing finance departments in various industries, making him a valuable asset to any organization.

Craig Dickson has a B.Com Honours degree in Accounting from the University of KwaZulu-Natal. Craig also holds a Postgraduate diploma in Accounting from the same university. Additionally, they have a B.Com degree in Accounting from the University of Port Elizabeth. Furthermore, they have obtained the PRINCE2 Practitioner Project Management certification from APM Group in Buckinghamshire, England. Craig also holds additional certifications, including PRINCE2 Practitioner from PRINCE2.com and SAICA AGA from SAICA CA(SA).
