Lisa Hompe, MSOD, BSN, RN, ACC, is a seasoned executive leadership coach and consultant currently associated with multiple organizations, including LPH Consulting, FMG Leading, and SixSEED Partners. With extensive experience spanning over a decade at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia as a Nurse Manager and Perioperative Nurse, Lisa honed skills in operational management, quality assurance, and team engagement. Prior consulting roles include analyzing medical malpractice for the Risk Management Foundation of the Harvard Medical Institution and conducting market research for the Brooks Group. Lisa holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania and several relevant certifications, enhancing expertise in organizational consulting and executive coaching.
