Debbie Leone is an accomplished operations executive with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Vice President of Operations at CCI Anesthesia since November 2024, Debbie has previously held senior leadership roles at Behavioral Health Solutions, where responsibilities included the strategic planning and operational oversight of a multi-state organization. With a strong background in operations management gained through roles at Colorado Pain Care and Greater Florida Anesthesiologists-Unicom Division, Debbie has successfully directed various initiatives aimed at improving efficiencies and implementing automation.
