Dave Kwant CEM, CEA is an experienced professional in project management and engineering design, currently serving as Superintendent, QCM, and SSHO at CCI Alliance of Companies since March 2020. Previously, Dave held the position of Project Manager at Practical Energy Solutions from May 2017 to March 2020, managing multi-million dollar federal projects with responsibilities in finance, procurement, scheduling, and crew leadership. Earlier roles included Engineering Design Manager and Field Specialist at Practical Energy Solutions, where oversight of energy saving proposals, field audits, and site evaluations were key responsibilities. Dave's career began as a Marine Electrician at Brewer Yacht Yard Group, following ownership of Dease Lake Marine, overseeing operations and financial management. Dave holds a degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and completed Carnegie Leadership Training for Managers.
