PETIT Elnara currently serves as the Responsable du Service Afrique du Nord/Europe/Moyen Orient at CCFD-Terre Solidaire since August 2022. Prior to this role, PETIT held the position of Responsable de partenariats et de projets Europe orientale at Secours Catholique-Caritas France from January 2011 to August 2022, focusing on partnerships within Eastern Europe and Turkey, particularly in social economy, employment access, women's skills development, and human trafficking. Additionally, PETIT has experience at the International Republican Institute as Chargée de Projets et de Co-Financements for North Africa, the Middle East, and Central Asia, where responsibilities included overseeing democracy development programs and project management in Azerbaijan. Academic qualifications include multiple master's degrees in Development Project Management, International Studies, and International Law, alongside a bachelor's degree in Law and Political Sciences.
