Lizzy van Gelder has over two decades of experience in social work and community development. Currently serving as Project Leader for the Eastern Area at Havensteder since July 2012, Lizzy has held various roles including Coordinator for Restructuring, Program Employee, Social Supervisor, and Neighborhood Consultant. Responsibilities encompass resident support during renovation and construction projects, developing social plans, and fostering community participation. Prior to Havensteder, Lizzy worked as a Neighborhood Consultant at Com·wonen, where similar duties were performed, along with managing ownership roles in VvE complexes. Additional experience includes roles as a mystery guest researcher, telesales representative, and social pedagogical caregiver. Lizzy holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work and Education from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences and a HAVO diploma from Montessori Lyceum Rotterdam.
