Lee Carstens has extensive experience in operations management, primarily within the retail culinary industry. As the Director of Operations at CCD Innovation since May 1995, Lee has overseen all facets of a Research and Development company, focusing on direct sales to national food companies and collaborating with marketing and R&D departments to develop and launch new products. Prior to this role, Lee served as Manager at Wharf Research from January 1997 to May 2007, delivering marketing experience and strategic expertise in custom market research for the consumer goods marketplace. Additionally, from April 1983 to July 1994, Lee held the position of Manager/Buyer at LASC, where responsibilities included business plan preparation, budget management, and advertising collaboration. Lee holds multiple Bachelor degrees in Communications, Recreation, and Business from Washington State University, earned between 1970 and 1975.
