Ronda Monheiser is a seasoned academic professional with extensive experience in higher education, currently serving as a Professor at Northeastern Junior College since September 1994 and as an Instructor for CCCOnline since January 1995. Ronda Monheiser focuses on creating engaging learning environments by integrating educational technologies across various course formats, including face-to-face, hybrid, and online. With a strong commitment to fostering community and quality in online education, Ronda Monheiser has consistently achieved high ratings for instruction. Prior to academic roles, Ronda Monheiser held positions as an Accountant at Lauer & Associates and as a Financial Analyst at Marathon Oil Corporation. Ronda Monheiser holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Economics, both from Colorado State University.
