Richard started their career at Allstate Insurance, where they served as a Senior Project Manager, leading cross-functional teams and implementing strategic initiatives. Richard then moved on to BlueMeteor, Inc., where they served as the Director of Client Services, launching the Client Technology Service Center and ensuring client satisfaction. At Avon Products, Richard held multiple roles, including Vendor Manager and Multi-Site Branch Manager, where they managed off-shore operations, improved service center accessibility, and led sales support contact center operations. Richard then joined U.S. Cellular as a Strategic Initiatives Manager and later as a Senior Strategy Manager, where they provided thought leadership, managed cross-channel relationships, and led various projects to optimize customer operations. Currently, Richard Ripoli works at CCC Intelligent Solutions as the Senior Director of Technical Services & Support, overseeing technical service and support for automotive claims and parts markets.
