Tom Bowe possesses extensive experience in the research and development sector, currently serving as Manager of R&D at CCA Industries since April 2007. Prior to this role, Tom held the position of Director of New Technologies at Bath & Body Works from 2002 to 2004. Tom's career began at Avon as a Chemist from 1977 to 1985, followed by a role as Group Leader at Estee Lauder from 1985 to 1995. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Ramapo College of New Jersey and a Master of Applied Science in Cosmetic Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
