Jenn Noseworthy is a Training and Development Specialist at CCA Global Partners, with experience in both education and operations. Since October 2022, Jenn has focused on training and development initiatives. Concurrently, as a Drumline Instructor at Merrimack High School since June 2017, Jenn leads a team of 15-20 students, organizes rehearsals, provides mentorship, and composes music for the drumline. Prior roles include Operations Specialist at Ameriprise Financial Services, where Jenn created and tracked forms for a team of advisors and facilitated training sessions. Earlier experience as a Training and Development Intern at CCA Global Partners involved collaboration on educational projects. Jenn's background includes roles as a Student Note Taker at the UConn Center for Students with Disabilities and customer service positions at UNO Restaurants, LLC, and Sal's Pizza. Jenn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychological Sciences from the University of Connecticut.
