Kaleb Springer is a seasoned business development professional currently working at C&C Complete Services, a disaster restoration company, since March 2024. With a strong background in account management, Kaleb has prior experience at Colony Hardware, where responsibilities included full-cycle construction supply sales in multiple Maryland counties from November 2021 to March 2024. Previous roles at Hilti North America involved building partnerships within the mechanical trades in the DC and Northern Virginia areas. Kaleb also managed accounts at J.B. Hunt Transport Services, overseeing operations and logistics, and served as a Colonial Ambassador at Robert Morris University, where engagement with prospective students was a key responsibility.
