Adrienne Goss is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in governance and project management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Portfolio Governance at Cbus Super Fund since January 2022, Adrienne oversees governance and delivery assurance for a portfolio of programs and projects valued at approximately $20 million for FY23-24, including two Superfund mergers. Prior experience includes the role of Executive Manager for Governance, Assurance & Reporting at The Salvation Army, where Adrienne established and executed the organization's project governance framework while leading a team of five project analysts. Earlier positions at National Australia Bank included roles such as Manager of Delivery Engagement & Portfolio Insights, Manager of PMO overseeing a portfolio with an $80 million budget, and Lead of Project Analysis, managing a team of 18. Additional experience includes serving as a Senior PMO Analyst at Goldman Sachs and a Project Coordinator at UBS Investment Bank. Adrienne holds a degree from Monash University and completed earlier education at St Leonard's College.
