Mohan Baba M started working at HDFC Bank Limited as a Manager in January 2014 and held this role until March 2022. In April 2022, they joined CBTS as a BCP Event Manager and is currently working in this role.

From 1999 to 2000, Mohan Baba M attended Gnanodaya High Schoolo in Madanapalli, where they completed their SSC education. At the same time, they pursued their degree at SVIST in Madanapalli.
