Mimi MacIntyre has a diverse work experience. Mimi started their career in 2004 as an ESL Teacher at Berlitz Corporation and remained in this role until 2007. In 2010, they worked as a Sales Rep at Tramonte and Sons for a brief period of 11 months. Following this, they joined Cincinnati Bell as an Account Manager from November 2010 to January 2015. In 2016, Mimi joined CBTS as a Service Delivery Manager, and their tenure in this position is ongoing.

Mimi MacIntyre completed their undergraduate education at Miami University from 2002 to 2006, earning a degree in Political Science Pre Law with a field of study in International Relations and Affairs. In 2010, they attended Xavier University and obtained a certificate in Political Science, specifically in Certified Project Management. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications throughout their career, including ITIL® 4 Foundation from Simplilearn in January 2022, Cert Prep: Project Management Professional (PMP)® from LinkedIn in June 2020, and other certifications related to emotional intelligence and ITIL® obtained from LinkedIn in 2020.
