Megan Batchelor has extensive experience in the field of web management and digital development. Megan began their career as an Assistant Manager and Customer Service Representative at Family Video from 2006 to 2010. Megan then worked at GameStop as a Senior Game Advisory/Manager on Duty from 2010 to 2011.

In 2012, Megan joined Phelps County Bank as a PT Operations/Marketing Assistant before transitioning to MacCaulay Brown as a Graphic Design/Data Collection professional from 2009 to 2012.

From 2012 to 2014, they worked as an IT/Web Development Intern at Newz Group. Megan then served as a Web Designer at Store Financial from 2014 to 2016. Megan continued their career as a Contract Web Designer at Pomeroy from 2016 to 2017.

Starting in 2017, Megan held multiple roles at Kansas City Public Schools. Megan began as a Webmaster from 2017 to 2021 and then became a Senior Digital Developer until 2023.

Currently, Megan is employed at CBTS as a Web Manager, where they collaborate with the Marketing, Product, and Brand teams to handle the day-to-day operations of internal and external websites, update content, troubleshoot issues, and make SEO recommendations. Megan is also responsible for maintaining relationships with key vendors and agencies and staying up to date with best practices in web technology.

In 2011 to 2012, they attended the Missouri University of Science & Technology and studied Computer Science.

From 2001 to 2005, they attended Missouri State University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) degree with a focus on Computer Animation.

In addition to their formal education, Megan Batchelor has also obtained additional certifications. In May 2023, they successfully completed the Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS). In June 2022, they completed the Docker Essentials: A Developer Introduction certification from IBM.
